Byco, the retail fuel brand of Cnergyico Pk Limited, has swiftly implemented the Prime Minister’s Fuel Relief Scheme on a vast majority of its nationwide retail network — within a day of the programme’s launch, with additional outlets going live daily.
The Government-funded scheme provides eligible owners of motorcycles, three-wheelers and cars of up to 800cc engine capacity with a relief of Rs100 per litre of petrol, subject to the scheme’s terms and conditions. Commuters in cities, towns and highways across Pakistan are already availing the subsidy at participating Byco stations.
Commenting on Byco’s swift implementation of the scheme, Cnergyico’s Vice Chairman, Mr. Usama Qureshi, said, “the speed of this rollout reflects Byco’s operational strength and its commitment to supporting the Government of Pakistan in delivering relief to its intended beneficiaries without delay. Byco is helping make the scheme accessible to commuters across the country.”
To benefit from the scheme, eligible motorists can register by SMS to 9771 and obtain a fuel relief token before visiting a participating Byco fuel station. Registration and eligibility details are available at pmfuelrelief.pk
Byco’s retail team mobilised within hours of the scheme’s announcement, working round the clock to assist customers, resolve queries and ensure the smooth redemption of fuel relief tokens. The Company has also launched an awareness campaign across social media, digital platforms and outdoor advertising, including hoardings, to explain the registration process and encourage eligible motorists to claim the relief.
Byco will continue expanding the scheme’s coverage across its network and facilitating eligible customers in accessing the Government-funded relief throughout Pakistan.
